Temptation

A quick update on my attempt to give up smoking. I fell off the wagon in fairly spectacular fashion on Saturday. I had my first cigarette approaching half time, with the score at Wales 8 - 6 England . By the time Gavin Henson put the penalty over (78 mins) to take Wales back into the lead - I'd had about six more.

The surprising thing was that I didn't even vaguely enjoy them. Normally a cigarette after having tried to give up is heavenly for me. So I haven't had one since then, and it feels like my relapse never happened...
